Posh Skin Co is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If tracking indicates delivery but you cannot locate your package, please contact your local carrier for assistance.

Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.

6. How to Initiate a Return

7. Refund Process

Once your returned item is received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.

8. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. To exchange an item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired product.

9. Final Sale Items

Certain items, such as opened or used pimple patches, are non-returnable for hygiene reasons.
